한국사람이 아닌데...(nao seu coreana mas...) 대학교 데문에 -------> 대학교 때문에 친구하쟈----------------> 친구하자! Você não pode dizer "안녕하세요" e depois "친구하자". São duas formas diferentes. Geralmente quando você vê "요" é formal, porém quando no ha (houver xD) é informal.
