Dear Sir,
I'm writing to you in regards of to a problem with the car that I've rented at your rental center about two weeks ago. After only one week it was in of use, the air conditioner has broken.
During my third usage of the rented car, I started to feel notice an unpleasant smell inside the car. Besides that the temperature inside started to raise rise despite of the air conditioner was being switched on to the highest power level. That was very disappointing, because that day my whole family decided to travel to an amusement park that is located in another city. In addition the weather was quite hot that day. Now I believe, you can imagine how unhappy we were during the journey.
A week ago I've I contacted the manager of your company by phone, and informed him about the problem, but unfortunately my car is still not fixed. I believe this matter deserves your urgent attention and I insist on immediate repairing repair, otherwise I'm going to stop using your services.
