It wasn't rest holiday. But since this year, it started rest day.

Before this day wasn't rest day, no one knows when Hangul day is.

So, the stupid government did like this.

BTW, There are some events which is experience activities of Hangul for foreigners in Korea. Then, I was just kidding I feel really sorry. (I was so mean as well.) Since 2006, this day started national holiday. But Korean government decided to remove this day among the holidays ( we have too many holidays ). But this year, It's changed. Cause no one knows exactly this holiday's date.
