Freezing!

It´s very cold here in Galicia. It has been raining all night. But, it´s sunny now!
The birds are singing. I live in a house on a mountain. I like living here! No traffic, no noise.....Nothing!

I´m happy living here and I wouldn´t change it for anything.

It´s very cold here,in Galicia. It was raining all nigth night. But,it´s sunshine the sun is shining now!
The birds are singing. I live in a house on a mountain. It´s very nice to live here! There are (All sentences need a subject and verb. Your sentence would have been fine for informal writing) no sounds, no traffic, no noise, no anything! I´m happy living here, and I don´t won't change for nothing anything. (The reason don't and nothing is wrong is because it is a double negative)

Also, you probably shouldn't use so many exclamation points. Only use them when you really need emphasis.

The birds are singing.I live an house on the mounts.(note: mounts=mountains=mts) It´s very nice to live here! (OR It's very nice living here.) No sounds,no traffic,no noise.....anything nothing! (OR not a thing!) 
I´m happy living here and I don´t want to change that for nothing.
