We commonly say "dắt cho đi dạo" rathet than "đi bộ"
2) I am walking/ I am taking a walk.
2A) Tôi đang đi bộ.
3) I am taking a (relax/relaxing) walk.
3A) Tôi đang thong thả đi bộ.

thong thả = relax (no pondering, just relax) --> đi bộ thong thả >> stroll unhurriedly
thư giãn = relax, to relief (most commonly used) --> thư giãn bằng cách nghe nhạc, xem phim, đọc báo >> relax by listening to music, watching movies, reading newspaper, etc.
Thoải mái = comfortable, feeling physically relaxed in a pleasant way; warm enough, without pain
--> Xe này ngồi sáu người vẫn thoái mái. >> This car holds six comfortably.

vocabulary:
thong thả = relax (no pondering, just relax)
thoải mái = relax, to relief (most commonly used)
We usually use thong thả when we mean unhurriedly or leisurely. Relax usually means thư giãn.
In Vietnamese, if you are walking/taking a walk for relaxing, you can use "đi dạo", and if you are walking to go to somewhere (that means you go by foot), you can use "đi bộ".
For example,
-I take a walk around the park to relax after a busy day = Tôi đi dạo quanh công viên để thư giãn sau một ngày bận rộn.
-I'm walking to school = Tôi đang đi bộ đến trường.
