Formal letter of enquiry about camping spaces

Dear Mrs. Parker,

After having seen your advertisment, i would like to enquire about the possibility of using your camping spaces.

I am planning a camping holiday and looking for camping space. Please could you tell me about prices and if the spaces are avaliable in September. I would also like to know about facilities including in the price, especially about facilities for eating and drinking. Finally, could you tell me if there are any shops or supermarkets nearby.
