《望夫石》A TANG POEM.
Where she awaits husband 望夫处,
On and on the river flows. 江悠悠,
Never looking back, 化为石,
Transformed into stone. 不回头。
Day by day upon the mountain top, 山头日日
wind and rain revolve. 风复雨,
Should the traveller return, 行人归来
this stone would utter speech. 石应语。

《望夫石》A TANG POEM. Husband Awaiting Stone
Where she awaits for her husband 望夫处,
On and on the river flows. 江悠悠,
Never looking back, A stone she had become, 化为石,
Transformed into stone but never did she looked back. 不回头。
Day by day upon the mountain top, 山头日日
The wind and followed the rain revolve . 风复雨,
Should the traveller ever return, 行人归来
Wouldst this stone would utter speech shall speak. 石应语。
