It is my passion. (You said above Dancing is everything so really express that feeling by saying yes, "It is my passion." When someone says, I think "...something", means the person is not sure.) 

Do you love to dance? If so, to what kind of music? (The person you are asking this question may or may not enjoy dancing. But if they do love to dance, then they can answer your question).
