I need to make plan

I hope my english is fluent so I can communicate with others. I need to make a plan to learn english, but I dont know where to begin. I should be able to remember words and recite articles?I'm not patient.I think reciting articles is more interesting. Can you give me some suggestions? thank you!

Your English is doing well! I can understand most of what you are saying! I find it easier to read as I learn new worda and connectors such as, and, or, but, because. that is how you can build a understanding of the topic that is discussed. That's how I get by on reading, listening for words here and there when someone is talking also helps as well, if you don't know the word look it up. thats what we are tought in grade school and that is how we learned how to speak our own language :)

I need to make a plan.

I would like my english to be fluent so that I can communicate with others. So I need to make a plan to learn English, but I dont know how to begin. Should I remeber words or recite an article? I'm not patient. I think reciting an article is more interesting. Can you give me some suggestions? Thank you!
