Hi Marte, I'm just a learner but I can try to correct you.
"I write Tibetan": ངས་བོད་ཡིག་འབྲི་ཀྱི་ཡོད།
"I speak Tibetan": ངས་བོད་སྐད་ཤེས་ཀྱི་ཡོད།
And I think I could write ང་ instead of ངས་ but both are correct in present tense.
