New Job , new company and maybe new life

I has have joined a new company as an application engineer in the city of Suzhou, nor not far away from my home city Wuxi.  I go to work and go home everyday by train and it takes me two hours each way.  on the road once time. My boss is at in Isreal and we discuss, talk by the phone.  I like this job and hope to do better than before.

Note: If you go to work by train; saying you are on the road is a little confusing.  The term "on the road" can be used to mean any type of travel; but, it generally refers to much longer trips and I would not use it in this context.

You could say we "discuss and talk by phone" but using both discuss and talk is unnecessary.
