Either one is correct. "Excuse me, where is the bathroom?", or "Excuse me, where is the restroom?" technically mean the same thing, however, "Where is the restroom?" sounds more polite to American English speakers. Restroom es un eufemismo por eso no tiene que decir la palabra bano. Escucha mas cortes en ingles.
