Winter is almost ending but it is still cold

I live in Lima, Peru. Winter is almost ending, but it is still cold. There are some days that the weather is a bit hot, blue sky and sunny. On the other hand, there are days that are totally cloudy, wet, rainy, and windy. Fortunately, summer comes closer every day. I can't wait for summer days at the beach!
