Sunday Roast! This is a very British tradition but its very much practiced here in Australia. It's a large and full meal consisting of roast meat (Roast beef is the most traditional I'd say), vegetables and other bits and pieces. Probably not the healthiest thing to have but it is a very hearty meal to start the week :) I think roast is eaten on Sunday evening because it takes a few hours to prepare..and we generally have more time to do so on Sundays!

Sunday is about to end here. By the way, we usually cook grilled tuna for breakfast, with fresh cucumber added with ginger, onion and lemon as our appetizer. At lunch we cook soup as our viand like stewed beef with potato, cabbage, sweet corn, onion and celery. For dinner a delicious chicken will be served. We are about to eat this. Chicken with lemon grass, cheese marinated in soda.. yummy.
