Halloween
We do not celebrate Halloween here in Malaysia.
Still, you can see Halloween celebrations, decorations, costume contest are everywhere.
Apparently, it's just a trend.
Well, it doesn't look like a bad thing, though.
People can have a lot of fun by throwing out Halloween parties with friends.
"Wow, how did you do that? You look a lot scarier than I do!"
We could often notice this kind of conversation during the parties.
Organisations, especially restaurants can offer Halloween-themed meals to attract customers.
Also, it can boost imagination and creativity when it comes to costume contest.
How about you?
How you celebrate Halloween?
=)

No we don't celebrate Halloween. Some people, mostly influenced by American TV shows are suggesting parties but generally here in Israel it is not recognized as a festival. It origates from the Cult of the Dead which I believe is a Catholic tradition. But it may originate from some earlier non Christian religious practises.
