About the language in Europe
I have a question about the language in Europe.In Europe,there are many language.Like English,German,Italian,Russian etc.For a start,I thought all Europeans can speak England very well.But recently,I find some countries' people can't speak well,or their English with an accent.Oh,original not all countries have to learn English.I was wrong.

I have a question about languages in Europe.
