I would like to know the difference between BAGGY/ LOOSE and TIGHT/ FITTED when we are talking about CLOTHES.

they are similar. Baggy has a negative connotation. Tight implies more uncomfortable fit and also might have a negative connotation whereas fitted would not have a negative connotation.
A girl who wears tight clothes vs fitted clothes
A boy who wears baggy pants vs loose pants
