Have you ever been homesick? I've been ling in New Zealand as a foreiner for 2 years. When it comes to a balance between work and relaxation, living here is nearly perfect. My partner leaves his office at 6pm. And We can spend a lot of time together. My daughter is just a 1-year-old girl, there is nothing better than this. (Most people in Korea -my hometown- can't do that.) In natural environment and wage level, NZ life has a big advantage as compared with my hometown. But I've been homesick for a while.People are 'social animal'. I had lived in Korea more than 30 years. During that time, I had made a lot of memory with my family and friends. Of course I know it's a problem only I have to solve myself. What I'd like to talk you guys is if you've been a kind of homesick how can you heal yourself?

Have you ever been homesick?

I've been ling in New Zealand as a foreiner for 2 years.
When it comes to a balance between work and relaxation, living here is nearly perfect. My partner leaves his office at 6pm, and We can spend a lot of time together. My daughter is 1 years old, there is nothing better than this. (Most people in Korea -my hometown- can't do that.) In compression the natural environment and wage level in NZ has a big advantage as compared with my hometown.

However, i've been homesick for a while now people are 'social animal'. I having lived in Korea for more than 30 years, during that time I had made a lot of memory with my family and friends. Of course I know it's a problem only I have to solve myself.

What I'd like to talk you guys about is if you've been homesick before or even now, how can you heal yourself?

I have, when I lived in Germany, I missed my family and friends. It's hard but what helped me was making a lot of new friends and not being afraid to speak the language.
