A question about refering to days of the week in French Please can somebody tell me if the following phrases are correct. I am grateful for your help! A lundi - until monday Le mardi - on tuesday On est mercredi - it is wednesday Jeudi dernier - last thursday Vendredi Treize - (Friday the 13th ... unlucky in French too?!) Ce samedi - this saturday Chaque dimanche - every sunday Merci bien!

Please can somebody tell me if the following phrases are correct. I am grateful for your help!

À lundi ! - until monday (see you on Monday)
Le mardi - on tuesday
On est mercredi - it is wednesday
Jeudi dernier - last thursday
Vendredi Treize - (Friday the 13th ... unlucky in French too?!) (for some, other bet on Loto...)
Ce samedi - this saturday
Chaque dimanche - every sunday

Vendredi Treize - (Friday the 13th ... unlucky in French too?!)

The Monday one is not quite right. We say : De samedi à lundi. From Saturday to Monday. And we say: Jusqu'à lundi. Until Monday. And Friday 13th is unlucky for us too.
