Arabic lesson 2 - verbs, colors and fruits.
In this session I was taught how to say "I like" - "ana oh'heb" as well as how to say this verb within the context of other pronouns such as "Enta toe'heb" (you masculine), "Enti toe'hebee (you feminine), "Ho'wa yo'heb" (he likes), "Hey'ya toe'heb" (she likes), "Nah'no no'heb" (we like), "Ho'm ya'heboon" (they like) and "Antom ta'heboon" (you plural like).
Additionally, I learnt how to say "I buy" - "ana ashtari", You (masculine) buy - "Enta tashtari", You (feminine) buy - "Enti tashtari", He buys - "Ho'wa yashtari", She buys - "Hey'ya tashtari", We buy - "Nah'no nashtari", They buy - "Ho'm yashtaroon", You (plural buy - "Antom tashtaroon".
I learnt how to put this into the context of buying fruit - ana ashtari batikh (I buy watermelon), and other fruit - bortokal (orange), tofaha (apples), banana (moez) and pineapple (ana-nays).
Finally, I learnt various colors/color (allwhen/loon): orange - bortokali, blue - azrak, yellow - assfar, white - ahbee-ad, black - asswad, green - akhdar, brown - bon'ee, light - fa'ay teh, dark - ghamay.
Additional - have - "aiyn-di", with - "Ma", and -""We".
