Throughout human society, being successful is always desirable to people. But what is exactly the key to success? Some believe that they should be different from others, while other people believe that being like others is the best choice . However, I think we should try to be different while studying and working, but we should be like everybody else in daily life.
It is quite obvious that people who can appear special talent or perspective in study or working are more likely to catch the eye of important people and gain opportunities. When we study at school, all the members seems to do the same routine, however, on a math class, for example, if one student have just come up with an unusual method to solve a math question, the teacher definitely will get a sense of excitement and as a result, she will share the answer to other students .Such students who show talent in some fields are easy to "shine ". Moreover, in business, the people who provide highly creative ideas and solutions can make considerable profits and win a lot of projects. In other words, people with unusual talents and ideas can be appreciated by boss and investors. Since clever investors all know how to dig the potential and make long-lasting profits.
Although being different invites opportunities, we still cannot deny the importance of being like others. Being too different from others sometimes make it different to fit in, and thus, we are unlikely to gain trust or cooperation from others. Apparently, real life experience also tell us in our daily life, people who behave unlike others are never popular in a group, for people may think such people looks weird so that they cannot play as happy as they want to. In a party, a person who wear sneaker and freaky T-shirt ,with a casual cowboy hat seems be hated because people think they don’t respect the host ,as a result, no one want to talk to him, and become estranged gradually, thus, it won't strange us that such kind of people will never become winner in a negotiation or presentation, not to mention success. You can see how necessary it is be a “typical” person in daily life .
People should have to present different behaviors in different occasions ,this is the key to success .
