If I want to say in Spanish I don't feel it. But I do not want to say I am sorry lo siento. Is there a difference how can you say I don't feel it

If I want to say in Spanish 'I don't feel it', but I do not want to say 'I am sorry' 'lo siento'. Is there a difference how can you say I don't feel it
I am sorry = lo siento (it is better to say: 'perdon' o 'lo lamento' )
I don't feel it = no lo siento (if you don't feel that ...feeling)
