Off we go then! - How do we use this phrase and what does it mean?

We use it when you are in a conversation or situation with someone, planning to go somewhere. For example;
A: Shall we go to the cinema now? We must be there by 8.00 pm. We dont have time left.
B: Yes we shall. Off we go then!
