What's the difference between 'brother' and 'sibling'?

  Difference between brother and sibling

What's the difference between those two words, both have the same meaning, How can I to use it?

 - Siblings : Sister (s) and brother(s). Brother : Only brother, male. Ex : I have two siblings, one sister and one brother. I hope I help you.

Sibling is more often used in American English when just referring to how many brothers and sisters a person has.
