Today, I have to get it off my chest about my company’s shuttle bus. My company locates in the center of the city, while most of the employees live far from the downtown and near the suburb. In my city, traffic jam in commuter time is very serious, so the company runs shuttle bus for the employees, which is so kind. But as company’s expansion, more people are employed and move to live along the bus route, which causes we usually can’t get on the bus when it comes to our station since the latest one month. I have to go out to wait for the bus 30 minutes earlier in the morning, because we organized to queue up for the bus, and only the first 9 or 10 people can get on. Many times, I have been refused to get on the bus, and have to try to find another way to go to work and undoubtedly be late. We tried to feedback the problem to the administration staff of the company, and they promise to add a bus for us. But one month passes, the bus is still out of sight.
