Linguist are coming up with all sorts of names for the kind of simplified English, in China, it's "Chinglish", in Singapore , it's "Singlish", etc. Yet one more name is put forward---"Globish"(global english), what's that ?
Languages are related to cultures and traditions. Every people think things are based on their background knowledges, especially is culture. In same situation, foreigner's expression would be different from English native speaker. Thus, if you don't familiar English culture, then you will make mistake.
On the other hand, foreigners could not well master English due to subconsciousness. They use to think things in mother language at first, and then translate them into English. However, some sentences are difficult to translate , so meaning of sentences is changed inevitability.
In conclusion, all sorts of simplified English will still exist, provided there is multicultural in the world.

Globish is a very simple form of English comprising only a handful of the main verbs and a very limited vocabulary. Most non-native English speakers around the world speak only Globish. Very few of them manage to reach the level where we could say that they speak good English.
