If I may answer Rebecca's answer, Good Morning/Evening/Night isn't used much in Nepali. A good conversation starter would be 'Chiya piunu/khaanu bhayo ? if its morning, 'Khaana khaanu bhayo ? if its afternoon. If you are ending a conversation, 'la pacchi kura garumla' we will talk later or 'jaanchhu hai' I'm off/leaving would be used. Regarding your tail question: raamro sanga + verb = raamrari + verb. e.g. raamro sanga jaau = raamrari jaau. raamro sanga bhana = raamrari bhana. raamro sanga padnuhos = raamrari padnuhos. Hope it helps. :)

"Have a good day!" means " Tapaiko din shuba hosh" or "Tapaiko din shuba rahosh"! "तपाईंको दिन शुभ होस्" या "तपाईंको दिन शुभ रहोस्" .However, nowadays most people says "Shubadin"..."शुभ दिन "! Actually "Shubadin"..."शुभ दिन " is derived from Hindi literature and we can use it in Nepali but if you say : " Tapaiko din shuba hosh" or "Tapaiko din shuba rahosh"! "तपाईंको दिन शुभ होस्" या "तपाईंको दिन शुभ रहोस्" ...it sounds much better, and it looks you have a good relationship with them. You really take care of them. If you say the word " "Shubadin"..."शुभ दिन " to anyone it seems you don't care to them. So, please use always " " Tapaiko din shuba hosh" or "Tapaiko din shuba rahosh"! "तपाईंको दिन शुभ होस्" या "तपाईंको दिन शुभ रहोस्"............. "Sleep Well" in Nepali:- I don't think there is any words in nepali to explain this phrase.I don't know the cases in english but in nepali we will say "Good Night"-"Shuba raatri"..so, if we wish with "Shuba raatri" , afterthere no need to say "Sleep Well".....because we already wish them to have a good night..... However, if you get any such cases in Nepali to say "Sleep Well", you could say " "Ramro sanga nidaawunu hosh" ..."राम्रोसँग निदाउनु होस्"! Like : "Did you sleep well?" means " ke tapai raamro sanga sutnu/ nidaawunu bhayo". " के तपाईं राम्रोसँग सुत्नु/ निदाउनु भयो?" ... Thank you for your question, if you need any help or you may have any questions please ping with me.I would like to help you.

How would you say in Nepali - "Have a good day!" I was thinking it is something like: तपाईं संग राम्रो दिन। (tapai sanga ramro din.) But I have also heard शुभ दिन (shuba din.) I know when you say: "Sleep well!" in Nepali it is राम्रो संग सुत्नुहोस्! (ramro sanga sutnuhos) or राम्ररि सुत्नुहोस् (ramrari sutnuhos) maybe? Thanks for your feedback.
