What is the difference between: take/do?
I don't know the difference between:
do exercise / take exercise

I don't know the difference between:do exercise / take exercise
Could you explain me, please?

In English, we use "exercise" as a verb. We do not "do"/"take" exercise(as a verb), for example: "I exercise daily/ I am exercising"
Unless exercise is being used as an adjective like "exercise class"/"clase de ejercicos" for example: "I am taking exercise classes on Fridays" or as a noun: "I am doing exercises to stay in shape"
