1) 我一位打算去日本旅行的朋友昨天举行了晚会。 （晚会是大而隆重的，甚至有歌舞节目表演，比如说春节联欢晚会）

很可怜因为法国的乡下是很有名，全国人都来法国参观是为了听说过法国乡下的景物是非常美。

全国人means the whole population of you country ,so in your sentence ,it's means all France ,
if you wanna say the people from other country ,you should say , 其他国家的人， or 各国人民。
我虽然在法国出生和长大但是我只呆巴黎范围。

Hello everyone, I'm Sandrine and my chinese name is "秀清". I was born and grew up in France. My chinese is usually lame so I decided to practice it. I've been learning chinese on my own so far. I'm asking your help to correct my texts. Thank you very much !

A friend of mine who will travel in Japan, organized a party yesterday.
2) 我没去过乡下。很可怜可惜因为法国的乡下是很有名，全国人都人们来法国参观是为了因为听说过法国乡下的景物是非常美。我虽然在法国出生和长大但是我只呆巴黎范围。
I've never been to the countryside. That's a pity because France is known for its countryside. The people from all countries come in France as they've heard about its beautiful scenery. Despite I was born and grew up in France I only stay in Paris.
3) 我住的城市叫《Noisy le Grand》， 到巴黎坐火车要大概50个分钟。这座城市虽然远但是比巴黎没那么嘈（比起巴黎没那么嘈杂 or 比巴黎更安静）。
I'm leaving in a city called "Noisy le grand". From there to Paris, it takes about 50 minutes by train. It's quite far but more quiet than Paris.
4)昨天公司给职员早下班是为了因为天气太热了。热浪减少（气温下降）以后要补回工作时间。
Yesterday, the company let its employees to go home earlier due to the heat wave. Once the heat wave decreased, we'll have to catch up our hours.
