私は家で働いています。まだ食べませんでした。
突然 、雨が降ります!雨が降っているときに外に出たきたいよ。ただ、ハングリー! (Hmm... I cannot remember how to say "hungry" T_T)

まだご飯を食べていません。(てフォーム Progressing , and Negative)
(まだごはんをたべていません)
雨が降っているので、外に出れません:Because it is raining, I cannot go out
(あめがふっているので、そとにでれません)
お腹が空いています: I am Hungry ( Progress )
(おなかがすいています)
雨が止んだら、ご飯を食べに行きたいです。(When it stops raining, I want to go out for meal)
(あめがやんだら、ごはんをたべにいきたいです。)
誰か雨を止めてください(Please someone stop the rain!)
(だれかあめをとめてください)
Hello Jang, I understood what you wanted to say! Your Japanese is very easy to understand :)
It would sounds more natural if you could use more TE form(てフォーム) to express Present situation !
