I was looking for recommended videos on YouTube and I found a video titled "You don't need motivation, you need discipline".
I didn't watch the video (It was about fitness), but the title attracted my atention.
I think it's true. Having a motivation is good to do our best in everything we do, but motivation is not unlimited, sooner or later we will need work on something when we are not motivated, and then, discipline will be necesary.
The thing is, most of us are not discplinated (sad but true), and maybe because of that even though we try so hard to reach some goals, sometimes we fail. Because we start something with all our energy and motivation, but when some weeks or months pass, motivation dissapears and we give up.
Or maybe not, I'm just thinking "out loud" :)

You are correct. No human being is always motivated 100% of the time. It takes dedication, discipline, and a certain trust in yourself to overcome obstacles that face us when we are lacking that motivation inside.
