Favoritism in a workplace.
Favoritism is an act of giving unfair treatment to one person over another. It is more likely to happen in a workplace where one manager has multiple subordinates or in a family where there are many children. We must not deny that appearance, capability, and communication are the main sources which lead to favoritism. People tend to pay more attention to those who are good looking, smart and sweet-talk over those ordinary ones. Although favoritism is unavoidable, we shouldn't fight or struggle to get favored. Instead of overwhelming by jealousy, having confidence and strong faith are more vital to overcome all sorts of challenges in life. As the quote says "A lion doesn't concern himself with the opinions of a sheep", clearly reflects in our life that one does not need to concern how other people think about him or her. In fact, favoritism is momentary and the target can be replaced easily. Moral values such as benevolence, integrity, and diligence are more practical to get recognition from everyone.
