The most memorable event
The most memorable event for me is Rockin' Japan festival, which is one of the biggest music festivals in Japan, especially featuring Japanese rock music. My freind took me there four years ago and it was my first experience to join that kind of live show. I was totally impressed by many energetic performances and I also loved the atmosphere , a sense of unity among the audience. Since then, I've been such a big fan of rock music that I go to live shows more than ten times a year.

"The most memorable event for me is was the Rockin' Japan festival"
This may seem strange because we are discussing your feelings in the present, but since the festival happened in the past the verb should be in the past tense.
Punctuation is difficult. The em dash (—) is very versatile, it can take the place of commas, parentheses, colons and semicolons. If you don't know which punctuation to use then you should consider the em dash. But if you use it too much then it looks like you don't know what punctuation to use.
