Start again! Hi everyone I´ve just back to this helpful site because I need to improve my English. I really hope you can help me giving me your suggestions and corrections every time I post an article. In the same way, I´m willing to help you with your Spanish practices. So, here I go! Let's tell you a little about my country Peru. Well, it is well-known about the Machu Picchu ruins which is a world heritage because it was an important center of the Inka civilization. This amazing place is located in the town of "Aguas Calientes" in the province of Cuzco. You can get there by train (approximately 5 hours) from the downtown station or going trekking throughout the Inca trail which takes you around three days to reach there, from Cuzco as well. Despite Peru having a great cultural heritage, nowadays is recognize about his food as well. Peruvian food is really tasty, the most emblematic dish is the “Ceviche” which is prepared with raw fish in pieces, onions, a pinch of cilantro, lemon juice, salt, and “aji” (chili) with a complement of sweet potato and corn. Also, Peru is the first producer of quinoa and we have more than five thousand varieties of potatoes among other things.
