You could call them a 'bragger' but I've genuinely never heard this. Instead, I would call a person who 'shows off' a 'showoff' or 'show-off'. Maybe this is another option to add to your vocabulary!

The word you're looking for is actually BRAGGART, though it may not be very common now. As others have said, SHOWOFF is more common, at least in the US.
