To make bitter gourd juice, I first cut a gourd to slices, and then put them into a blender. The gourd is actually not in season, so it was a bit dry. Because I didn’t see much of the juice coming out after processing it, I just put a thick layer of mashed gourd on my daughter’s inflamed skin on the face and neck to abate her eczema. At first my daughter said it felt cool and soothing, then she felt itchy. I asked her to endure for a moment in order to let the gourd do its work. After a little while, the itching went off. We waited for about half an hour, and then I took it off from her face and neck. The red on the skin had greatly subsided, so my daughter was happy and hopeful. I then blended more bitter gourd and squeezed out a little amount of juice for later use.

To make bitter gourd juice, I first sliced a gourd, and then I put the slices into a blender. Gourds are actually not in season right now, so it was a bit dry. Because there wasn't much juice after processing it, I put a thick layer of mashed gourd on my daughter’s inflamed skin, on both the face and neck, in order to abate her eczema. At first she said it felt cool and soothing, but then she said she felt itchy. I asked her to endure it for a minute in order to let the gourd do its work. After a little while, the itching ceased. We waited for about half an hour, and then I took it off her face and neck. The redness on the skin had greatly subsided, so my daughter was happy and hopeful. Wow! Bitter gourd is a little hard to find here but I'm willing to give it a try for my hands.

To make bitter gourd juice, I first cut a gourd in slices, and then put them into a blender. It’s not the right season for gourds so it was a bit dry. Since I hadn’t seen much of the juice coming out after processing it, I just put a thick layer of mashed gourd on my daughter’s inflamed skin on her face and neck to abate her eczema. At first my daughter said it felt cool and soothing, then she felt itchy. I asked her to endure for a moment in order to let the gourd do its work. After a little while, the itching sensation disappeared. We waited for about half an hour, and then I took it off from her face and neck. The red color of her skin had greatly diminished in intensity , so my daughter was happy and hopeful. I then blended more bitter gourd and squeezed out a little amount of juice for later use.
