Which term do I use for " personal and "legal entity" when It comes to income tax? income tax return ? income statment? income tax statment? income tax declaration? How about de document you get when you finish the statament? Do You "file it"? Do You transmit it? and then get a a income tax receipt receipt? Please help me...

In the US, you "file" an "income tax return." There's not a receipt. Your proof of payment is the cancelled check and/or your bank statement. You'll get an email letting you know that "your federal return has been accepted."
