because Japanese people have to use them in different situations. Everyone should be careful when using chopsticks. đ

Why is it a strange culture? And what are the different situations Japanese people have to use them? I'm not sure what you're trying to say at the last part, how should everyone be careful when using chopsticks? Anyway, I think it'd be difficult to pass food from chopstick to chopstick, no? :)
