Today Isabella and I came to a resort. I had booked two package deals beforehand(or- in advance?), and each of them includes one night at the hotel, breakfast for two of us( or- two breakfasts?), buffet dinner for two, and some activities for children. Isabella and I ate a lot in the buffet dinner, so after dinner we went to work out to counter extra energy and calories .

Today Isabella and I went to a resort. I had booked a package deal each
beforehand (or- in advance both ok), which included one night at the hotel,
breakfast, a buffet dinner, and some
activities for children. Isabella and I ate a lot at the buffet dinner, so afterwards we went to work-out to burn off our extra calories .
If you say you booked two package deals it sounds like two completely different things.
