Is it correct and does it sound natural?
1. Yea, I also saw these reels😁 I think it shows that everyone can learn English and it’s accents if dedicate enough time and effort ☺️ This girl is a real example. I don’t know her background but I want to believe that we can learn English as well like she did 😁
2. When you get to know her/him you will be disappointed.

Here are some suggestions for improving the natural flow and grammar of your sentences:
1. Original:
Yea, I also saw these reels😁 I think it shows that everyone can learn English and it’s accents if dedicate enough time and effort ☺️ This girl is a real example. I don’t know her background but I want to believe that we can learn English as well like she did 😁
Improved Version:
Yeah, I also saw these reels!😁 I think they show that anyone can learn English and its accents if they dedicate enough time and effort.☺️ This girl is a great example. I don’t know her background, but I want to believe that we can learn English just like she did.😁
Explanation of changes:
* Changed "Yea" to "Yeah" for more common usage.
* Adjusted "it’s" to "its" because "its" is the possessive form.
* Added a subject, "they", in "if dedicate enough time" to make the sentence grammatically complete.
* Replaced "real example" with "great example" for a smoother and more natural expression.
* Simplified "as well like she did" to "just like she did" for conciseness.
2. Original:
When you get to know her/him you will be disappointed.
Improved Version:
When you get to know them, you might be disappointed.
Explanation of changes:
* Replaced "her/him" with "them" for a gender-neutral and smoother phrasing.
* Used "might" instead of "will" to soften the tone and make it sound less harsh or definitive.
Let me know if you want further tweaks! 😊

I would say 'I think it shows that everyone can learn English with a good/natural accent if they dedicate enough time and effort' :) Also 'We can learn English as well as she did'! Other than that, really good job 👍👍
