I've eaten/i ate pão de queijo and pamonha for breakfast today... These are traditional foods of Brazil.
Good writing! You can use present perfect (i’ve eaten) if you wrote this article in the morning. If you wrote it in the afternoon, however, you would need to use past simple.
Also, foods is plural here so you need to say ‘these’.
