Selamat pagi WinLee. Your delivery is very clear. I like that you pronounced your plurals nice and clearly. Well done :
1. and encourage them => and encourages them
2. No matter how many mistakes they have done =>
No matter how many mistakes they may have made. (this is my preferred way)
I don't think it is correct to say : "do/did/done mistakes." Normally we say : "make/made mistakes."
