I remember when I was in elementary school I read a fiction light novel about a village drowned and turn into a beautiful lake in Japan. I think it’s around 2003. But i forgot the tittle and I only remember 1/5 of the story. I really love this story. Then when I finally could access the internet few years later, I always tried to find the information about the novel and the lake but couldn’t find anything. I gave up and forgot it. But later on 2016 there was an anime movie called ‘Your Name’ or ‘Kimi no na wa’ that have a similar scene that a meteor hit a village then it turn into a lake. I wonder is it based on true story that a village turn into a lake? Or it’s just a coincidence.
