no, that's wrong!!! the correct tagalog translation of (I'm here) is "NARITO AKO". ..

Or you can say "Nandito ako"

narito ako. I am here in Pilipino. Heto ako in street language and tagalog. There is a lot of difference in Tagalog and Pilipino. Do not think it is the same.

or you can also same "dito ako" for short ^_^
