Does " Kreedakaya"(in Sinhala) mean same as "hooray!" or " go! go!" ?

nope.. "kreedakaya" means "sportsman" :)

Yes as said above.. Kreedakaya is sportsman. But "Hooray" is like a cheering term we use in races and all.. So I dont think we have an equivalent in sinhala. We just use the same thing.. Any way Hooray is not Kridakaya

Kreedakaya in english is "sportman" and Hora in english is " thief"
