Tú (pronoun for you is optional) me haces (you make me) sonreir (to smile). Same as all the other answers, good luck with Spanish, it's a great language.

Depende siempre del contexto. La traducción más literal es: "Me haces sonreír". Sin embargo, si se trata de una acción habitual, lo más natural es decir: "Siempre me haces sonreír".
