When someone give me some help，I always say “I appreciate you”.

'Appreciate' means to be grateful for something or to understand the value or importance of something or someone. 'Thank you for your help. I really appreciate it.'
'Appreciate' can also be used to make a formal request. 'I would appreciate it, if you would tell Mr Smith to call me.'
