This is not Tagalog, This is Tagalog gay talk. This is being used by the homosexuals to encode their words to hide it from the general public. I am not gay but I understand it from the way some homosexual friends talk to each other. It means, "Cousin, you homosexual, did you see abi's shoes?"
Where did you get this? Probably you are spying on someone's cellphone.

The only word I can understand is "sapatos" which means "shoe" in filipino.
