Question about ' He is very handsome and gentle.'
He is very handsome and gentle =
1) He is VERY handsome. And he's VERY gentle.
2) He is VERY handsome. And he's gentle.
Could you tell me which one is right?

Thank you for your time and answer in advance.
It works for both. Though I'd go for the first one. So, the 'very' works for handsome and gentle. But it can also mean the second one. I guess that context does not pique much emphasis and attention in English.

It could mean either, depending on the intonation of your voice.
