I think It's not wrong. but for directly greeting is better to use:
Hi all..
Hi everybody, everyone...
Hi folks... :)
can be used all..
there are different words but same meaning...
(its okay.. I'm still trying to say what I wanna speak to my partner fluently.. haha.. XD )
